A block of rooms has been reserved at the headquarters hotel, Marriott Denver City Center, for regular attendees. A smaller number of rooms at the nearby Marriott Courtyard Hotel are reserved at a reduced rate exclusively for medical and graduate students and, at the U.S. Government per diem rate, for U.S. Government employees.

Read the instructions and use the link below in order to make a reservation.

The group name and rate should appear
Click on "Reserve a Room"
Enter any room type preferences and/or special needs
Click on "Continue"
Review the booking information for accuracy
Click on "Continue"
Enter the guest and credit card information
Click on "Complete Reservation"

Student IDs will be verified at check-in
Fill in Check-in and Check-out dates
Fill in No. of rooms, and No. of persons/room
Fill in the one of the following group codes:
CLSCLSA (for a king size bed)
CLSCLSB (for two double beds)
Click Find, and rates for Toxins 2005 will come up
Click Reserve a Room and proceed as instructed

Government Employees who wish to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Denver Downtown: These rooms are by "Rooming List Only". E-mail Elaine Neale to be added to the list and to be given further instructions.

Reasonable Accommodation: Both the Conference and the Hotel shall be responsible for compliance with the public accommodation requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act as defined by law provided that notice of individual requirements be given two weeks prior to the conference.
