The poster boards will measure 4 ft vertically and 6 ft horizontally. They are both velcro- and push pin compatible. (Push pins will be available - you need not bring your own).

We hope to have all posters on display for the duration of the meeting, with one session assigned to each presenter as the time to be with the poster to answer questions.

We are asking that all posters remain displayed for the duration of the meeting. Posters are to be set up in the Denver Ballroom after 2 pm on Wednesday June 22nd. Posters may be taken down after 4:15 on Saturday June 25th.

Poster numbers and Session assignments were sent out on June 5th. If you submitted a poster and did not receive this information, please contact Elaine Neale at eneale@mac.com.
